Since its founding in 1995, the Elde Ratite Family Ranch has raised ostriches and goats. In 1997, The Elde Ratite Family Ranch established its own company, Elde Meats, to produce and sell its own USDA-inspected vacuum-packed meat and produce. The birds raised on the Elde Ratite Family Ranch are feed only food from the farm, and are raised without medicines or growth hormones.

Harvest Time Farm Stand allows customers to build their own bouquets of fresh-cut flowers. Customers can make appointments for a tour, where they will be able to take a hayride around the farm, see many types of farm animals, including goats and donkeys, and explore a maze of mini-straw bales.
